Critical reaction to the film has been mixed. Roger Ebert, who gave the film zero stars and described the film as "despicable", noted "It is well done. This is a professionally made film. The audience is very, very quiet. Some share Jennifer’s terror. Some, I am afraid, may be aroused or entertained by it." Still, the film has made some fans out of the mainstream press: The New York Times wrote, "Female-empowerment fantasy or just plain prurience, “Grave” is extremely efficient grindhouse." V.A. Musetto, from The New York Post, also recommends the movie, cautioning people to see it, "if you can handle it".

Perhaps the most overwhelming response, however, comes from the horror fan community, itself. Fangoria Magazine, writes that I Spit On Your Grave " just as raw and upsetting in its onscreen brutality as the original. Perhaps more so, since the acting is significantly better this time around." and Paul McCannibal, from, agrees that the remake is "well executed, punishing, and viciously rewarding".

The production office opened on September 5, 2006 and had a scheduled 25 days of shooting in Calgary, Canada beginning October 3, 2006. Despite the use of 3-D an early review by explains that the 3-D "doesn’t overshadow the film, which would be just as effective without it; instead of tossing in over-the-top, in-your-face FX like those seen in Jaws 3-D and Friday the 13th Part III, SCAR’s dimensional cinematography encourages a subtler, more voyeuristic feel".

Scar is the first feature length narrative 3D movie be completed in a completely digital workflow. The production workflow was designed by NHK and DitlevFilms. Using a 3D camera rig engineered by NTS in Japan (built around two digital high definition Sony cameras the all-digital workflow was supported by an on-site digital lab. The lab facilitated an HD offline version of the footage so editing could begin while filming. The lab also generated dailies and full resolution plates for VFX.

The editing process of Scar was done entirely in HD (720p) and was using an editing method that allowed both stereoscopic video streams to be cut and viewed simultaneously. Proprietary scripts were used to generate 3D previews using a DepthQ 3D projector and CrystalEyes3 glasses. The postproduction process was designed and implemented by Christian Ditlev Bruun (DitlevFilms) and included FotoKem, Technicolor, and Plaster City in Los Angeles. Final stereoscopic adjustments were done in Skip City in Kawaguchi, Japan with NTS (a division of NHK).

According to early reviews at one instance a man was "out cold and paramedics were actually called" and "one viewer ran out of the theater and threw up".

On May 19, 2007 Scar3D opened at the Cannes Film Market. It has been the #1 film at the box office in several countries around the world, including Russia where it opened in 3D on 295 screens.

The cast of the film are Aaron Arefe as Anberber, Abiye Tedla as Tesfaye, Takelech Beyene as Tadfe, Teje Tesfahun as Azanu, Nebiyu Baye as Ayalew, Wuhib Bayu as Abdul, Araba E. Johnston Arthur as Cassandra (as Araba Evelyn Arthur-Johnston), Veronika Avraham as Gabi and Mengistu Zelalem as Anberber as a child. The movie Teza is under the distribution of Negod-Gwad Productions and MPAA rating as NR. One man's journey through three decades of political uproar in Ethiopia sets the stage for this independent historical drama from director Haile Gerima. Anberber (Aaron Arefe) was born and raised in Ethiopia, but he became disillusioned with the poverty and political turmoil of his country, and in the 1970's he relocated to Germany to study medicine. As Anberber completed his medical training in Europe, he planned to return to Ethiopia and use his knowledge to help battle disease and raise the standard of living at home. But when he arrived in 1989, just as the collapse of the Berlin Wall was changing the face of global politics, he found an Ethiopia in even worse straits than when he left. Haile Mariam Mengistu became the nation's ruler in the wake of a revolution that brought down Haile Selassie, but while his socialist policies promised a better life for everyone, Mengistu's regime had become bitterly oppressive, and Anberber comes to believe that his knowledge is useless in helping the people around him. According to the director, Haile Gerima, who is also the executive producer and writer, Teza took 14 years to make.[citation needed] The writing underwent changes during those years, maturing and blossoming in certain areas. Teza's scheduling, especially its Germany shoot had to undergo radical change due to funding issues which cut the scheduled 3 week shoot to 10 days.[citation needed] There was a 2 year gap between the wrap of shooting in Ethiopia in August 2004 and the beginning of the German shooting in November 2006.

Actor Aaron Arefayne(Anberber) burst a blood vessel in his right eye during a particularly stressful scene. The director sent the actors home for rest, the next day Arefayne's eye was completely covered in a film of blood.[citation needed] The production schedule would not permit any more breaks and the director was obliged to continue shooting. There were other challenges, some epic, some humorous. All in all, the director, cast and crew seemed to be able to overcome the many challenges to deliver a film that delivers an important message that audiences from Italy, to Dubai responded to with enthusiasm.

Teza has been able to achieve an amazing cross over popularity, resulting in its being invited to screen at numerous film festivals. It first saw its popularity surge at the 65th International Venice Film Festival, where the press premiere was marred by problematic subtitles, but its public premiere attended by the producers, director and cast was met with 20 minutes of applause from a packed audience. It was the favored film for the highest award until it was upstaged by Darren Aronofsky's The Wrestler. Even so Teza won the Special Jury and Best Screenplay awards. The film was next invited to Toronto, where it was also well received. It was entered in competition at the Carthage International Film Festival in Tunisia where it swept 5 categories, including Tanit D'Or for Best Film, Best Screenplay (Haile Gerima), Best Music (Vijay Ayer and Jorga Mesfin), Best Supporting Male Lead (Abeye Tedla) and Best Cinematography (Mario Masini). Thereafter its showing in the Dubai International Film Festival achieved best score for Jorga Mesfin and Vijay Ayer.

Variety reported in July 2009 that Lionsgate greenlit Saw 3D (then called Saw VII) and announced David Hackl would return to direct, his last film being Saw V. Producers Mark Burg and Oren Koules, and writers Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan also returned. Brian Gedge replaced series' cinematographer David Armstrong. Pre-production began on September 14, 2009. According to Melton, there were plans to title the movie Saw: Endgame. Originally two sequels were planned after the sixth, but in December 2009 Melton stated in a podcast interview with the UK radio station Demon FM that Saw 3D was the final installment and would address unanswered questions from previous Saw films, such as the fate of the first film's protagonist Dr. Gordon and other Jigsaw survivors from previous films, while bringing a final resolution to the series. The storyline for a Saw VIII was combined into Saw 3D; this decision was primarily due to Saw VI's poor box office performance. On July 22, 2010 in an interview with USA Today the producers confirmed that Saw 3D will officially end the film series. Burg told Reuters that, "In every Saw movie, we left questions open and in Saw 3D we answer every question the audience has ever had". He added that, "even new viewers will be able to follow and get caught up to speed".

In January 2010, Kevin Greutert, who made his directorial debut with the sixth film, was about to begin work on Paramount's Paranormal Activity 2 when Twisted Pictures suddenly dismissed Hackl and forced Greutert on the project by exercising a "contractual clause" in his contract, much to Greutert's dismay. When Greutert arrived on set two weeks before filming began, he performed a "compressive re-write" of the script. Melton explained that, "He has a lot of ideas, but it’s a bit hard and extreme to implement all of these ideas because sets have been built, people have been cast, props have been bought or created, and with the Saw films they are so specific in set design because of the traps. It becomes very problematic and difficult to change things a whole bunch right in the middle of it".

Casting began in mid-December 2009. On February 22, 2010, Cary Elwes was listed on the Toronto Film & Television's official list of personnel website for Saw 3D but on March 8 his name along with other cast members were removed from the list. The following month, Lionsgate confirmed his reprisal of the role of Lawrence Gordon, last seen in the first film. Dunstan and Melton said that Elwes was on set and filmed new scenes. It was announced on March 3 that Chad Donella would appear in the film. Despite being new to the series, it was quoted that "You certainly won't forget Chad in Saw 3D."

Lionsgate released the official cast list on April 25, revealing Sean Patrick Flanery playing the main protagonist, Bobby Dagen. Gabby West, who won the second season of Scream Queens, plays Kara in the film. She told VH1, "They molded my entire face, and basically my entire upper body after my belly button. They put layers and layers of different materials on you and you have two straws in your nose so you can breathe. It was so scary! They put so much of it on, you cant see and they put it in your ears so you can barely hear anything. That was part of the prep for the film, which was really cool, to have a dummy made of yourself. But scary." Chester Bennington, the lead vocalist of the alternative rock band Linkin Park, has a role in the film playing a skinhead. Bennington met with an acting coach to prepare for his role. He said, "It was actually a little more difficult than I expected because it took a lot for me to figure out how to portray this guy and what exactly his motives were going to be throughout. I thought maybe I was overthinking it, and I met with this really great acting coach who helped me walk through and make sense of the, 'Motivation'." Devon Bostick was offered to reprise his role as Brent from Saw VI, but turned it down due to scheduling conflicts.

Saw 3D was shot entirely in 3D using the SI-3D digital camera system; rather than filming on set traditionally and later transferring the footage to 3D. The sets and traps were redesigned to take advantage of this. Before choosing 3D, Burg and others viewed a minute of the original Saw film rendered in 3D and were pleased, which led to them choosing 3D for the seventh film. The budget for each of the previous films never reached over US$11 million, but with the cost of filming in 3D, Greutert said that Saw 3D is the "most expensive Saw film to date", estimating around $17 million. Principal photography began in Toronto on February 8, 2010, while filming of some "trap" scenes started on March 8, and wrapped on April 12, 2010.

When determining the style of 3D shooting they wanted to use, Burg felt that the audience would want several moments where objects move into the audience, comparing this to My Bloody Valentine 3D. He acknowledged that this method would be used, but expressed an interest in shooting from the victim's perspective, similar to that of first-person shooter video games being rendered in 3D. Dunstan added that "It adds a whole new layer of discipline and criteria to creating these moments. We've had a very flat surface to try to get a reaction out of you. Now, we get to push out a bit and envelop the viewer, still maintaining the patterns that have worked and been successful, but also to raise it up a notch."

Commenting on the change to filming in 3D, Bell stated it would not affect his performance or methods of acting, noting that it would be an "interesting experience". Mandylor called the 3D shoot "more tedious and longer". Flannery described the 3D aspect as being "[not] shot in 3D so that you can, per se, see blood coming directly at you. It's in 3D for the texture and the depth, for the architecture, to get a sense that you're in the scene but there's no 'we want to see blood coming at the lens' it's nothing like that. But I think we made a good movie."

Producer Oren Koules told horror news website that there are eleven traps in the film, the most ever in the franchise. There is one "trap" scene in the film that producers would not allow in previous Saw films that they described as "too violent", "too disgusting", and "just wrong". In a later interview, Melton called it the "Garage Trap" which involves a car and sets off a "chain reaction" with other characters involved.

The Saw 3D soundtrack is "inspired by the film" and features exclusive and unreleased music from rock bands including Dir En Grey, Boom Boom Satellites, Saliva, Krokus, Hinder, Karnivool and Chester Bennington's Dead By Sunrise. It will be released through SonyMusic Independent Network (SIN) and Artists Addiction Records on October 26, 2010.

Saw 3D will be distributed theatrically by Lionsgate in the United States and through Maple Pictures in Canada. The film was originally scheduled to be released on October 22, 2010, but was pushed back to October 29. Since the release of Saw IV, each film has been released a day earlier in Australia and New Zealand; Saw 3D will continue the tradition in Australia and be released on October 28, 2010, though the New Zealand release has been put off until March 2011. The film was initially rated NC-17 (no children 17 and under admitted) by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and had to be submitted six times to secure a R rating.

On July 8, 2010, in some press materials for San Diego Comic-Con, the film was referred to as Saw 3D: The Traps Come Alive, which led to the media assuming it was the final name. The following day, Burg and Koules said that "The Traps Come Alive" was simply a tagline that had been misinterpreted as part of the title. Koules said that if they included the seventh roman numeral followed by "3D" (Saw VII 3D), it would have been "cumbersome" and not made the impact they wanted. He explained, "It was such a process in 3D, so much hard work was put in. Saw VII 3D is too much. This is like a new movie. [...]"

In the same interview, the producers addressed Saw's presence at Comic-Con 2010 in San Diego. They said that the footage that was going to be used for the convention could not get approved for the audience; Koules explained, "It's going to be different than what we've done before, we're going to be at Comic-Con but we're not in Comic-Con"." The Comic-Con teaser trailer was released via IGN on July 22, 2010. The next day of the convention, the first eight minutes of the film were screened for the press and a few fans.

Peter Morgan wrote the script on spec, and it was bought by DreamWorks in March 2008. The deal was reportedly worth a "low-seven-figure advance". Executive producer Steven Spielberg was initially concerned that the low-key ending to the script would put audiences off the film, so Morgan rewrote it to be grander. However, subsequent drafts restored the original ending. Following its split from Paramount Pictures, DreamWorks retained the script, and began talks with Clint Eastwood to direct. Eastwood was signed on in November 2008. By the time of Matt Damon's casting in 2009, the script was being developed under the supervision of Eastwood's Malpaso Productions for Warner Bros. Eastwood was attracted to the script because he was keen to direct a supernatural thriller, and liked how Morgan incorporated real-world events into fiction. Eastwood told LA Weekly, "There's a certain charlatan aspect to the hereafter, to those who prey on people's beliefs that there's some afterlife, and mankind doesn't seem to be willing to accept that this is your life and you should do the best you can with it and enjoy it while you’re here, and that'll be enough. There has to be immortality or eternal life and embracing some religious thing. I don't have the answer. Maybe there is a hereafter, but I don't know, so I approach it by not knowing. I just tell the story."

Production was based in the United Kingdom, due to tax incentives and funding from the UK Film Council, though filming locations spanned three countries. Filming commenced in France on October 19, 2009. A days filming was done at the old Belle Epoque hotel in the village of Planet, near Chamonix. The hotel building was transformed into a Swiss hospice for scenes between Cécile de France and Marthe Keller. A cordon was set up around the area to prevent local residents and paparazzi taking photographs of the set, though the mayor of Chamonix was allowed through for a brief meeting with Eastwood. Production then moved to Paris for four days. On October 21, a short scene between de France and Mylène Jampanoï was filmed in a stairwell inside the France Télévisions building.

In the first week of November, production moved to London, England for three weeks of filming in locations including Bermondsey and in Walworth. Scenes were also filmed on the Heygate Estate. On November 7, scenes were filmed in Petticoat Lane Market and at the Cafe Le Jardin in Bell Lane. Scenes were also filmed in an auditorium at Red Lion Square. The room was redressed to represent a fictional Center For Psychic Advancement, which the Marcus character visits. After these scenes were shot, production was halted, as Matt Damon was working on another film.

Filming resumed on January 12, 2010; Eastwood filmed scenes with de France for three days on the Hawaiian island of Maui. On the first day, scenes were filmed in the lobby and guest rooms of the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Kaanapali. On January 13, scenes were filmed on Front Street in Lahaina. A hundred crew worked on the scenes. The location managers were given permission by Lahaina authorities to close a small section of the street in order to film scenes depicting "an unnamed, South Pacific-type outdoor marketplace, complete with outdoor shopping stalls and street vendors". The location manager explained to the Lahaina News, "Front Street's proximity to the water and the architecture of its buildings help supply a look that will require much less transformation towards this goal than other locations which were under consideration". The street was closed off to vehicles on the evening of January 12. The scene—the first scene of the film—depicts Cécile de France's character coming out of her hotel just as a tsunami hits the island. The aftermath of the tsunami was filmed on January 14 at a property in Kapalua. de France filmed scenes of her character in the floodwaters while in England.

Production next moved to the San Francisco Bay Area. On January 19, scenes featuring Damon were shot at the California and Hawaiian Sugar Company refinery in Crockett, California, which represents a flour mill on screen. The location was not announced until filming had concluded, for fear that large crowds would gather to watch. Filming also took place in Nob Hill, San Francisco and Emeryville. Production returned to London on January 29 to shoot Damon's final scenes. On February 3, scenes were filmed at the Charles Dickens Museum. Later in the month, the London Book Fair was recreated inside the Alexandra Palace for a scene featuring George and Marie. Publishers including Random House had their stands built for the three-day shoot, two months before the real London Book Fair took place. Filming wrapped afterwards.

Visual effects work was carried out by Los Angeles-based Scanline VFX. 169 effects were created, the key sequence of which was the tsunami, which features "full CG water shots and CG water extensions to water plates, digital doubles, CG set extensions, matte paintings, digital make-up fx and full CG environments with extensive destruction, from toppling digital palm trees to colliding digital cars". An effect described as the "hereafter effect" also appears, "[giving] the viewer glimpses into the afterlife".

After initial speculation by Variety that the film would be released in December 2010, Warner Bros. announced that Hereafter would go on general release in the United States and Canada on October 22, 2010.

A pre-release screening of Hereafter was held on August 10, 2010. The film will have its world premiere on September 12, 2010 as a Special Presentation at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival. A press screening was held on September 11, on which Warner Bros. placed an embargo for any advance reviews. However, some journalists posted brief negative reviews to Twitter. The theatrical trailer was attached to The Town. Hereafter was also screened on October 10, 2010 as the Closing Night Film of the 48th New York Film Festival. The film was given a limited release on October 15, 2010.

Hereafter has received mixed reviews from critics. Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes reported that 51% of critics gave the film a positive review, with a consensus stating "Its supernatural storyline may seem like an odd fit for Eastwood, but Hereafter's meditative pace and poignant script highlight his strengths as a director -- and help make this one of the most unique films of the year." Metacritic, another review aggregator, assigned the film a weighted average score of 53/100 based on 22 reviews.

Morrow, Soma Mukhopadhyay and Tito Mukhopadhyay. Directed by Friðrik Þór Friðriksson. A Mother's Courage: Talking Back to Autism (2010) is a Documentary movie and the film distributed by Frontier Filmworks. Margret, whose ten-year-old son Keli is severely autistic, has tried a number of treatments to help her son. Consumed by an unquenchable thirst for knowledge about this mysterious and complex condition, she travels from her home in Iceland to the United States and Europe, meeting scientists and other experts, as well as other families touched by autism. The stakes could not be higher: One in 110 children is diagnosed with autism every year, with boys outnumbering girls four to one. She also connects with families of autistic children, who share stories of their efforts to help their kids interact with the world around them. Many of their accounts echo her own struggles, including the endless doctor visits and experiments with different treatments, the complication of doing everyday tasks, and the inability to communicate with their children, perhaps the most painful and frustrating aspect of autism. But as she comes across innovative new therapies that might break down the wall of autism, Margret finds hope that her son may be able to communicate on a level she never thought possible. In June 2008 Summit Entertainment announced plans to adapt Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner's Red. Red is being adapted for the big screen by brothers Erich and Jon Hoeber, who also wrote the adaptations of Whiteout and Alice. The film will focus on the idea of an older operative who is set in his ways having to contend with younger and more fit agents, as well as new techniques and modern technology. The project is being produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura (GI Joe, Transformers).

By April 2009, Bruce Willis was reportedly in discussions with Summit to take the starring role of Frank Moses. It was reported in July 2009 that Morgan Freeman is in talks to co-star alongside Bruce Willis in the film. Also in July 2009, Robert Schwentke, the director of The Time Traveler's Wife, was in negotiations to direct the thriller. In August 2009 Schwentke confirmed to MTV News that he was onboard. He stated that he loved the script but there are differences between the comic and the movie stating; "It's very funny, which the comic book isn't ... It's not as violent as the comic book," and that "The script that I've read is obviously different from the comic, because I don't think the comic gives you enough for a two-hour movie,".

In November 2009 it was reported that Helen Mirren will work alongside Freeman and Willis in the film. It was also reported in November 2009 that John C. Reilly and Mary-Louise Parker are in negotiations to join the cast. Reilly would play a retired CIA agent who is paranoid that everyone is out to kill him. Parker would play the romantic interest, a federal pension worker who becomes embroiled in the Willis character's struggle to stay alive. In the same month Julian McMahon, Ernest Borgnine, Richard Dreyfuss and Brian Cox entered negotiations to join the cast. McMahon would play the Vice President with a dark side who is at the center of a shadow conspiracy. Borgnine will play the keeper of the CIA’s darkest records, while Dreyfuss will be a wealthy man who builds a fortune out of lucrative government contracts. Cox is a former Cold War spy and nemesis of Willis.

In December 2009 creator Warren Ellis stated on his mailing list that "(I) Read the RED script. Not bad. Not the book, but not bad. Funny. Especially when you know the casting. Very tight piece of work. Talked to the producers last week. They're all kind of giddy over the casting coups. Who wouldn't want to see Helen Mirren with a sniper rifle?". Also in December 2009 Summit Entertainment announced a release date of October 22nd 2010. The same month James Remar had been cast in an unspecified role. Karl Urban is playing the role of "Cooper". In January 2010 it was reported that John Malkovich has signed to star opposite Bruce Willis in Red. Malkovich is stepping in for John C. Reilly, who exited the role in late December. The part will allow Malkovich to exercise his comic sensibilities.

Principal photography began on Red on January 18, 2010 in Toronto, Canada. Red was filmed in and around the Toronto metropolitan area for nine weeks before moving on to the road and ending in New Orleans in late March for the final two weeks of principal photography. Filming in the French Quarter of New Orleans commenced in March 2010. Additional photography was shot for a post-credits scene in Louisiana in August 2010. The film is scheduled for worldwide release on October 15, 2010.

A teaser trailer for the film was released in June 2010. The first full trailer debuted in July 2010 at the San Diego Comic-Con International.

Justin Chang of Variety stated Red is "An amusing, light-footed caper about a team of aging CIA veterans rudely forced out of retirement". John DeFore of The Hollywood Reporter stated "Although tailor-made for genre fans, it benefits from flavors of humor and romance that keep its appeal from being fanboy-only".

In December 2009, director Jeff Tremaine began doing camera tests with the 3D equipment. In that same month, Johnny Knoxville announced the return of the entire cast of the previous two movies. According to, a stunt called "The Heli-cockter" has also been filmed and shown to Paramount executives in its 3D format to greenlight the project. Chris Pontius tethered a remote control-operated helicopter to his penis, and grinned while he swung it around.

Filming of the stunts began on January 25, 2010, Tremaine filmed the crew on private property unlike the traditional Jackass fashion of filming in the streets, and it includes "occasional forays to foreign countries." Bam Margera said that in the first month of filming, he already has 3 broken ribs, resulting in him having to "rest it up at home" until he can return. On April 17, 2010 Margera told the Artisan News Service the movie was 70% done and half the crew had been to the hospital with Margera having "three broken ribs and a broken shoulder and a twisted ankle as we speak."

In April 2010, was closed, leaving a posting that says "gone filmin'," and "Thanks for the support the past two years. To keep abreast and adick of all things related to the world of jackass and Dickhouse (including the currently in production flick jackass 3D), follow us on Facebook and Twitter." A recent online interview with Rick Kosick reveals that will no longer be a web site after the movie releases.

Cameraman Lance Bangs told TimesOnline, “It’s utterly crazy. Everything in 3-D looks as brightly colored as candy. I’m a cameraman on it, and it’s amazing to watch the footage being turned 3-D, like watching everything through a viewfinder.” He later went on to say, “I thought I was above peer pressure, but there’s such camaraderie. I took part in a few stunts and ended up humiliated and hurt — me, the poetic film-maker friend of Spike Jonze."

In late May 2010, Knoxville stated that Steve-O's sobriety was at its best and, “[t]here is no beer on set this time around even if some of us wish there was”. He also said, “And to be honest it's going great. Everyone has had different injuries throughout which is a good sign and Steve-O is probably getting the best footage out of everybody. He is really going for it. He wants to prove to everyone he can do these stunts sober. It's been two years since he had a drink now. Everyone has been real supportive of him.”

At the MTV Movie Awards on June 6, Tremaine said filming was nearly finished but they hadn't shot internationally yet but intended to shoot "a couple of bits".

An injury to cast member Margera forced a rewrite for the beginning of the movie. On June 12, 2010, Margera was beaten on the head with a bat by a 59 year old African-American woman outside of his bar, The Note. The woman alleged Bam called her a 'nigger' and that she was offended, but did not hit him. When Margera was approached by TMZ two days after the incident, he told them he "never used the n-word" and that "[the lady] attacked me times before". He explained:
I was internally bleeding in the brain for two days and they wouldn't let me leave the hospital. I was like, 'I need to go to Los Angeles in six hours to go finish Jackass.' We start tomorrow and I'm supposed to get hit in the head and now I can't because of her.
Margera added in the same interview that the opening sequence is being shot with Phantom high speed cameras, which record at 1,000 frames per second to produce hyper-slow motion, similar to the opening sequence of Zombieland. Appropriately, Makeup Effects designer Tony Gardner (designer), designer for all of the Jackass films, also created the zombie hordes for Zombieland.

On July 21, 2010, the first official image surfaced. It appeared on the official Jackass Facebook page, which shows Knoxville soaring through the air on a jet ski. The caption explained, "Johnny Knoxville takes to the three-dimensional skies in a 'first look' preview of things to come at you in jackass 3D".

In late July 2010, Paramount and MTV Films screened the first footage from Jackass 3D at a special event during Comic-Con 2010 in its 3D format. The event allowed fans to meet the Jackass crew and eat food.

During August, Bam Margera toured with CKY to New Zealand and Australia to promote the movie.

On August 5, 2010, the official trailer premiered on channels owned by Viacom, such as MTV, VH1, and Spike TV. It is also attached with The Other Guys, The Expendables, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and Machete.

To celebrate the film's release, Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass 3D crew in collaboration with WonderHowTo have launched the Jackass 3D Prank Contest. The winner of the wildest prank idea wins a trip out to Hollywood to shoot the prank with the cast of Jackass 3D. The contest ended 11:59pm PST, September 26, 2010.

To promote the film, Johnny Knoxville guest starred on the October 4th, 2010 edition of WWE Monday Night RAW.

In addition, MTV aired a marathon of the original Jackass series followed by back-to-back specials, "Jackass: The Beginning" a documentary about the creation of Jackass and stories about the first time the crew had filmed with the cast members and "The Making of Jackass 3D" a behind-the-scenes special.

The official soundtrack was released via a link to on the official Jackass Facebook page. Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs returns again to contribute toward the soundtrack (like Jackass Number Two).

Watch Waiting for Superman Full Movie Online Free

Watch Waiting for Superman (2010), rated PG, movie showing on September 24, 2010 in theaters wide. Waiting for Superman is a Documentary film. Waiting for Superman movie stars are The Black Family, Geoffrey Canada, The Esparza Family, The Hill Family, George Reeves, Michelle Rhee, Bill StricklandRandi Weingarten and directed by Davis Guggenheim. Every morning, in big cities, suburbs and small towns across America, parents send their children off to school with the highest of hopes. But a shocking number of students in the United States attend schools where they have virtually no chance of learning--failure factories likelier to produce drop-outs than college graduates. And despite decades of well-intended reforms and huge sums of money spent on the problem, our public schools haven't improved markedly since the 1970s. Why? There is an answer. And it's not what you think.

From An Inconvenient Truth director Davis Guggenheim comes Waiting for 'Superman', a provocative and cogent examination of the crisis of public education in the United States told through multiple interlocking stories--from a handful of students and their families whose futures hang in the balance, to the educators and reformers trying to find real and lasting solutions within a dysfunctional system.

Tackling such politically radioactive topics as the power of teachers' unions and the entrenchment of school bureaucracies, Guggenheim reveals the invisible forces that have held true education reform back for decades. The film is distributed by Paramount Pictures. So download free Waiting for Superman (2010) movie online.

Waiting for "Superman" premiered in the US on September 24, 2010 in theaters in New York and Los Angeles, with a rolling wider release beginning October 1, 2010.

The documentary opened to largely positive reviews. As of 10 October 2010, the film has a 92% "Fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Roger Ebert gave the movie 3.5 stars out of 4 and wrote, "What struck me most of all was Geoffrey Canada's confidence that a charter school run on his model can make virtually any first-grader a high school graduate who's accepted to college. A good education, therefore, is not ruled out by poverty, uneducated parents or crime- and drug-infested neighborhoods. In fact, those are the very areas where he has success."

Scott Bowles of USA Today lauded the film for its focus on the students: "it's hard to deny the power of Guggenheim's lingering shots on these children." Lisa Schwarzbaum of Entertainment Weekly gave the film an A-, calling it "powerful, passionate, and potentially revolution-inducing." The Hollywood Reporter focused on Geoffrey Canada's performance as "both the most inspiring and a consistently entertaining speaker" while also noting it "isn't exhaustive in its critique." Variety noted the film's production quality as "deserving every superlative" and felt that "the film is never less than buoyant, thanks largely to the dedicated and effective teachers on whom Guggenheim focuses."

Of note is the number of conservative critics who have praised the film. Joe Morgenstern, writing for the Wall Street Journal, gave the movie a positive review saying, "when the future of public education is being debated with unprecedented intensity" the film "makes an invaluable addition to the debate." WSJ's William McGurn also praised the film in an op-ed piece, saying it is a "stunning liberal expose of a system that consigns American children who most need a decent education to our most destructive public schools." Kyle Smith, for the New York Post, gave the movie 4-and-a-half stars, calling it an "invaluable learning experience." Forbes Melik Kaylan similarly liked the film, writing, "I urge you all to drop everything and go see the documentary “Waiting For Superman” at the earliest opportunity."

Andrew O'Hehir of gave a negative review of the movie, saying that while there's "a great deal that's appealing," there's also "as much in this movie that is downright baffling." Melissa Anderson of The Village Voice was critical of the film for not including enough issues, saying, "macroeconomic responses to Guggenheim's query...go unaddressed in Waiting for Superman, which points out the vast disparity in resources for inner-city versus suburban schools only to ignore them." Anderson also noted that the animation clips were "overused."

The film has earned praise and criticism from commentators, reformers, and educators. Geraldo Rivera praised the film for promoting discussion of educational issues. Deborah Kenny, CEO and founder of the Harlem Village Academy, made positive reference to the film in a Wall Street Journal op-ed piece about education reform. In New York City, a group of local teachers protested one of the documentary's showings, calling the film "complete nonsense."

During its opening weekend in New York City and Los Angeles, the film grossed $141,000 in four theaters, averaging $35,250 per theater.
